1Introduction

2Definitions

• "Platform" — refers to the Tiger777 website, mobile web interface, and all associated digital services accessible at tiger777.cam.
• "Account" — the registered member account created by a User on the Platform, used to access services and manage funds.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake of real money placed by a Member on any sporting event, casino game, or other gaming activity offered through the Platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Member's Account, comprising deposited funds and/or credited winnings, net of withdrawals and wagers.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by Tiger777 subject to wagering requirements distinct from deposited real-money funds.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity and document verification process required to unlock full Account functionality, including withdrawals.
• "RTP" — Return to Player: the theoretical payout percentage associated with a slot or casino game over a statistically significant number of rounds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

3Account Eligibility

Registration and use of Tiger777 is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and continue to be met throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Tiger777 maintains a strict 21+ minimum age policy in accordance with industry standards for online casino and sports betting platforms. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception.
2. Legal Capacity: You possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction preventing you from using gambling services.

4. Single Account: You do not currently hold any other active Account on the Tiger777 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
5. Personal Use: You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial entity.
6. No Self-Exclusion: You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion arrangement or voluntary ban from the Platform.

4Account Registration

To access Tiger777's full range of services, you must complete the registration process and create a Member Account. The following conditions apply to your Account:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Tiger777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must notify Tiger777 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
• Account details, including name and date of birth, must match the documentation you submit for KYC verification. Discrepancies may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
• Tiger777 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, at its sole discretion.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

All Members are required to complete KYC verification prior to processing their first withdrawal. Required documents typically include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), driver's licence, or passport; proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months); and a selfie photograph holding the identity document. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of submission.

5Terms of Use

Your use of the Tiger777 Platform is governed by the following conditions:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Tiger777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• Tiger777 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it is determined that an error has occurred in the display of odds, that a technical fault affected the outcome, or that the integrity of a sporting event is in question.
• You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform is strictly prohibited.
• Tiger777's games and odds are intended for entertainment. The outcome of casino games is governed by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Past results do not indicate or guarantee future outcomes.
• You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered. Tiger777 makes no guarantee of winnings.

6Deposits & Payments

Tiger777 supports a comprehensive range of payment methods tailored to the Malaysian market. Accepted deposit channels include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, as well as cryptocurrency via USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The standard minimum deposit is RM50. Maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX are typically credited within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are typically credited within 15–30 minutes subject to network confirmation.
• Tiger777 does not charge deposit processing fees on its end; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges. Please check with your provider before depositing.
• Tiger777 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that exceed established thresholds, as part of our anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your Account. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

7Withdrawals

Tiger777 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified Members. Accounts with incomplete or pending verification will not be able to process withdrawal requests until verification is confirmed.
• All wagering requirements associated with Bonus Funds must be fulfilled in full before any balance attributable to Bonus credits may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed in under 5 minutes after approval. DuitNow/FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes. These are indicative timeframes and not guaranteed processing times.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your Account tier. Higher VIP tiers benefit from elevated withdrawal limits.
• Tiger777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests as part of fraud prevention and KYC compliance. This may temporarily delay processing.

8Bonuses & Promotions

Tiger777 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly permitted under specific promotion terms.
• Each Member is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Abuse of bonus structures, including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal of related winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be stated clearly in the relevant offer terms.
• Tiger777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already confirmed and in active use, unless fraud or abuse is suspected.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in their respective terms. Expired, unclaimed bonuses will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Tiger777 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a bet placed contributes to the wagering requirement of a specific bonus.

9Responsible Gambling

10Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Tiger777 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where warranted:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain without reporting them to Tiger777.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in bad faith.
• Abusing the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim promotional offers.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location.

11Intellectual Property

All content available on the Tiger777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the intellectual property of Tiger777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, published, or commercially exploited without Tiger777's express written consent.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tiger777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical errors, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond Tiger777's reasonable control.
• Loss of data or Account information resulting from hardware failure, software malfunction, or cyber-attack.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data presented on the Platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, bank institutions, or cryptocurrency networks.

Tiger777's total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13Termination

Tiger777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
• At Tiger777's sole discretion, for operational or business reasons.

Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting Tiger777 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Member via their last verified payment method, subject to identity verification.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to Tiger777's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team at [email protected].

Tiger777 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. Should a dispute remain unresolved following the internal process, both parties agree to pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

15Amendments to These Terms

Tiger777 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, Tiger777 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Members via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.
